Three hours of Sweet Vision, just for your group. Choose a matcha class or a cake decorating class, fully set up and themed for your celebration. We greet you, demo the class, then leave you to enjoy it. Sparklers, candles and the birthday moment included.

We bring the full Sweet Vision setup to your venue. Or if you'd rather, we bring the marquee too, tables, chairs, the lot. Personalised down to the name cards, themed to match your day.

Name cards, themed mats, branded straws, signage, goodie boxes. Whether it's a hen party in soft pink or a Disney-themed fourth birthday, every detail is set up before your guests arrive. We're happy to work with you on colour schemes, themes and what's included.

The space

The Bakery for three hours, or your venue with our marquee, tables, chairs and full styling. You walk in, it's ready.

The class

Choose matcha or cake decorating. We demo it live, walk you through, then leave your group to enjoy at their own pace.

The setup

Themed mats, name cards, signage, branded straws and the birthday moment with sparklers and candles. All included.

We come to you

Give us a space and chairs, we bring everything else. Need more? We set up our marquee with tables, chairs and full theming. Birthdays, baby showers, hen parties, divorce parties, kids parties, family gatherings, all built around your day.

Questions, answered

Up to 12 guests for a private three-hour session. For larger groups we come to your venue or set up our marquee.

Yes. We bring the full themed setup to your space, or supply a marquee with tables, chairs and styling if needed.

Birthdays, baby showers, hen parties, divorce parties, kids parties, family celebrations and corporate group experiences.

Yes. Themed kids parties, personalised goodie boxes, name cards, mats and branded details to match your colour scheme or theme.

At least 3 to 4 weeks for fully themed events. Smaller Bakery hires can sometimes be arranged sooner. Get in touch and we'll let you know.

Send us your enquiry first. Once we've checked availability and agreed the details, a 50% deposit secures your date. We'll send through a payment link with everything you need.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. With more than two weeks notice we'll refund the remaining balance in full. Inside two weeks we keep the deposit and the remaining balance covers ingredients, setup and the date we've held for you.

Three hours of private hire, which includes setup time for you, the class, and time to enjoy the space.

Of course. The themed setup is included, but if you want to add balloons, banners or your own special touches, you're welcome to.

Yes. Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options available. Let us know in the form.

Please note: our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs. While we take every care, we cannot guarantee any product is 100% free from these allergens. If a guest has a severe allergy, please flag it on enquiry.
